Cinnamon Quinoa
1 cup organic quinoa
2 cups organic almond milk
1 cup pure water
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon (add more to taste)
pinch pink salt
Place all ingredients into medium pot and bring to gentle boil, then turn down to simmer for 20 minutes.
Store in refrigerator in glass ball jar for up to 5 days.
