Gluten-Free Steel Cut Oats
1 cup organic gluten-free steel cut oats
1 inch knob of fresh ginger root (chopped)
4 cups pure water
pinch pink salt
Place oats and water in pot overnight. Bring to gentle boil for 3 minutes, then turn down to simmer for 30 minutes. Place in refrigerator in glass ball jar for up to 5 days. Add cinnamon and desired fruit before serving. Almond, rice or coconut milk may also be chosen as addition before serving.
