What you think you know about healthy eating from the media may have nothing whatsoever to do with what you need to eat to stay or get healthy. If you malabsorb then “eating right” is incomplete. If you have a fatty acid deficiency and need a large amount of omega 3’s;  or if you are magnesium deficient then you will need to eat foods with high magnesium levels; if you have any specific health problem then your nutritional needs must consider these factors and others.
