Please sir help me

Dear Sir: Based on your description there may be a few different, related issues going on. Let’s start with your penis being bent on the left side. This maybe a sign of a condition called Peyronies Syndrome. In short, Peyronies Syndrome is a connective tissue disorder where a type of scarring forms, known as plaques, in the penis replacing the soft, normally-present connective tissue. The most obvious symtom is a bending of the penis and painful intercourse. Treatments for Peyronies Syndrome should involve investigating whether or not this condition is isolated to the penis or represent an autoimmune condition in the body. The treatment should be based on the cause(s). However, if it is isolated Peyronies Syndrome is may be useful for you to know that vitamin E with or without a drug called colchicine (commonly used for gout) may help. Also, CoQ10, the amino acids arginine and acetyl-L-carnitine may also help. Without treatment there seems to be a 40-50% spontaneous resolution of this condition. What I like to do is carefully examine the health history and blood chemistry (including nutrition) of my patients and base the herbs, diet and other lifestyle factors on the individualized needs of those affected by this.

As far as the premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction other considerations should probably include: biofeedback to help manage the psychological component of these conditions that are commonly present, medication, exercise and overall stress reduction.

I hope that this helps.

My best, Dr. Michael Wald
